Planning Permission

Did you know as of May 2024 the size limit for new agricultural buildings has been increased. For farms over 5ha (Where Class A PD rights apply) then the size limit has been increased from 1,000m2 to 1,500m2 under 28 days permitted development. For farms under 5ha (Class B) the size limit has also been increased to 1,250m2.

Grain Store and Machinery Building

This client was looking for a grain store with a lean to and a Mono Pitch building that was to be used for machinery storage. We manufactured and constructed the steel frame, installed the concrete panels and arranged for the supply and installation of the electric roller shutter doors.
