Warehouse and Offices, Malvern
Having outgrown their premises, the client was looking to make a real impact with their new premises. The new facilities were designed so that the curved roof blended with the Malvern hills.
We were asked by an existing client to work with them on a design for their new premises in Malvern. They had an exciting vision of how they wanted the building to look and we worked with them to bring that building to life. In addition to its unique design, this project is currently the largest project that JRC has undertaken to date.

Specialist Subcontractors
The individual design of the roof meant that we had to come up with a solution specific to it’s requirements for rain water to be collected and, as principal contractor, we worked with specialists to develop a syphonic drainage system. A subcontractor was appointed for the civils works with underfloor heating installed prior to the concrete floor installation. We also oversaw the installation of a sprinkler system and traditional plumbing and electrical installation.

Distribution
The client was to use these new facilities to continue it’s manufacturing and distribution operation. To ensure a seamless operation, dock levellers were installed so that HGV’s can be loaded quickly and easily.
